Refund policy

WARRANTY

Offbeat Guitars instruments are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years, subject to the limitations contained herein.

The warranty begins on the date of sale and is extended exclusively to the original retail purchaser when the instrument is purchased directly from Offbeat Guitars or from an authorized Offbeat Guitars Dealer. It may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners.

If purchased through an authorized Offbeat Guitars Dealer, all warranty and service claims must be submitted through the dealer from whom the instrument was originally purchased. The dealer will handle the claim on behalf of the original purchaser and coordinate with Offbeat Guitars as needed.

Should a defect become apparent during normal use, this instrument will be repaired free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Any instrument on which the serial number has been removed or altered.

Any instrument not purchased directly from Offbeat Guitars or from an authorized Offbeat Guitars Dealer.

Any instrument upon which unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out.

Shipping damage of any kind.

Any subjective issues such as “tone.”

Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification.

Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, guitar straps, guitar stands, chemicals, or polishes.

Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument or case, including frets, saddle, nut, jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, strings, handles, latches, or case hardware.

Damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, and acids from perspiration.

All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Acts of Nature.

FOR RETURN ASSISTANCE

To obtain warranty assistance, contact Offbeat Guitars or, if purchased through an authorized Offbeat Guitars Dealer, contact the dealer, to receive a Return Authorization prior to returning the instrument.

All shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.

Upon arrival at the Offbeat Guitars workshop, a determination will be made regarding whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the repair is covered under the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the original purchaser, including return shipping. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be provided to the original purchaser.

This is the sole warranty of Offbeat Guitars, and no other written or oral warranty applies.

RETURN POLICY

All international sales are final.

The customer has a 14 day approval upon receipt of the instrument.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.

Contact OffbeatGuitars@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number.

Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Offbeat Guitars.

Returned instruments must be in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by an Offbeat Guitars tech to assess its condition.

The customer will pay for any necessary repairs.

If the purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Any refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method less any repair or shipping costs.
